Gate results are produced by the offline oracles (node evals/<agent>/run.mjs) — the deterministic [D] gate each agent must pass, authored separately from the code it grades (reward-hack fence). Every agent stays DRAFT — nothing is sent to a customer without a human tap — until it clears 20 consecutive green sends with zero overrides, then auto-send can unlock per agent.
